Delivery Timeframe:

• All orders are processed and shipped via our third-party logistics (3PL) partner.
• Due to international shipping, delivery typically takes between 10 to 18 business days from the date of shipment.

Shipping Fees:

• A flat fee of $7.50 per pound will be applied to all orders.
• An additional handling fee of $9.00 will be charged per order.

Responsibility:

• SARE8VO Jeans is responsible for your items during transit until they are marked as delivered.
• Once the items are marked as delivered, responsibility for the items transfers to the customer.

Tracking:

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

What if my items are lost during delivery?

If your order is lost during delivery, SARE8VO Jeans will take responsibility for resolving the issue. Here’s what you can do:

Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team as soon as you suspect your order is lost. Provide your order number and any relevant details.

Investigation: We will work with our third-party logistics (3PL) partner to investigate the status of your shipment.

Resolution: If the order is confirmed lost, we will either:

• Reship the Order: Send a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
• Refund: Issue a full refund for the lost items.
